This morning...just for fun, I spent 45 minutes grabbing stuff around the house and putting together different vignettes on ONE shelf in my Dining Room. I don't do very much decorating seasonally, and really other than Christmas, keep it pretty simple.
So, here's to all of you who "shop the house" and put together a little spot somewhere in your nest. May your loved ones feel the LOVE, and see that Valentines is a special moment to remember.
Share the Love. :-)
Some of my photos are not so swell. With a little point and shoot...well...sometimes it's just not what it COULD be..even a slight fuzziness...but it's all for FUN...so I'm still smiling. As you can see...it doesn't HAVE to be over-the-top and magazine worthy...it's for your family. :-)
That's all for today. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend. Thanks for popping by in my little corner of Iowa. Have fun in your own nest creating and making a special little spot that says...
HEY!...... I LOVE YOU! LET'S CELEBRATE THAT!!!
Or maybe your loved ones like something they can get their teeth into...Go For It!

Love back to you sweet friend! I think you are such a wonderful decorator:) I am looking at Kat on your sidebar, beautiful girl... she looks ready for Valentine's Day! Enjoy your day dear Julie! BIG HUGS!
Julie, I love the
idea of a spot for
seasonal display.
Like you, I keep
it very simple, so
I don't put out much
for holidays {except
Christmas} that isn't
pretty organic. So,
using flowers and
photos and other
meaningful items
would be perfect
for V-day. Of course,
some edible display
pieces have to make
their appearance, too!
Love ya, girlie!

I'm sipping on a smoothie wishing I had that ice cream instead!
I really like all of your Valentine's Days displays, but the one with the red toile plate is my favorite!
How pretty and sweet! And speaking of sweet, that dessert looks so yummy!!
Love & Prayers~
Looks like you have a good place to shop at home! Love all of it. Really love the last photo- anything with ice cream is a winner for me.
