Sunshine and Mondays

Far away there in the sunshine are my highest aspirations. I may not reach them, but I can look up and see their beauty, believe in them, and try to follow where they lead.
Louisa May Alcott

" Light is sweet; how pleasant to see a new day dawning." Ecclesiastes 11:7

"The Lord is my light and my salvation—so why should I be afraid? The Lord is my fortress, protecting me from danger, so why should I tremble?" Psalm 27:1

But friendship is precious, not only in the shade, but in the sunshine of life, and thanks to a benevolent arrangement the greater part of life is sunshine.
Thomas Jefferson

To all who drop by today...Have a beautiful day...whether sunny with blue skies, or cloudy and snow flurries...remember what the real sources of Light are in your life...let them warm you and give you hope and smiles....HUGS to all for a warm Monday...
God Bless...

Julie, I so enjoyed your post on light. The quotes and Scripture were so appropriate with the pictures you chose. Love the picture of the teapot, especially. And the picture of the women standing, holding hands, making a strong defense for the Sisterhood! HUGS.
