The Lord is my light and my salvation—
so why should I be afraid?
The Lord is my fortress, protecting me from danger,
so why should I tremble?
When evil people come to devour me,
when my enemies and foes attack me,
they will stumble and fall.
Though a mighty army surrounds me,
my heart will not be afraid.
Even if I am attacked,
I will remain confident. ~ Psalm 27:1-3
Hoping and Praying for some mail or a phone call to hear his wonderful voice this weekend. His dad has no more Saturday classes, so he should be home for it...if it comes!
God Bless America.
God Bless our troops.
God Protect Justin. Thank you, all of you, for praying for us military moms and our sons and daughters who are in training, standing guard, or in deployment far away.
God Bless YOU!

Oh Julie....every Marine mom that I have spoken to today has said the same thing...while our sons are far away we are living day to day & praying for that phone to ring, even if it's just for a quick hello, I love you!!!! I hope that you get your call, but please find comfort in knowing that no news really is good news. I hope that all is quiet with your mom & dad, praying for all of you. Semper Fi & hugs Marine Mom Sister!!!!!!!

Hello dear Julie,
I do pray that you will be able to hear that Justin voice this weekend. I know what comfort it would give you.
I've been impressed of late with the thought that every single military member is either a mother, father, son, daughter, niece or uncle...and not every one of them has someone to be a prayer warrior for them. So, I've been trying to stand in the gap in that respect.
Wishing you and your sweet family a wonderful weekend.
Hugs from WV
Lord... we ask your protection around Justin. You see him, you are with him, and we pray you bring him home safely to his mama. Please give Julie your peace and strength... and the phone call she longs to hear from Justin. We pray for the rest of the family, too. Fill them with your peace. I want to lift up the rest of our military overseas and protecting us here at home. Especially our other Justins and Billy. Bring them home safely, Lord. In Jesus name I pray!
Thanks for stopping by today. :-)
Julie, I join to the previous Ladies petitions, prayer does change things, soon You'll be telling us all about that call. Blessings and hugs.

Julie, I pray that you get your phone call. There is nothing better than to hear their voice over the phone and to be able to just talk.
God Bless you and your family. Be strong, sister. You have God to lean on! I understand your heart, I really do.
