This is it.. no more excuses. It's Do It time. As the Marines say DO or DIE!!
I am not kidding. Get in Shape! Lose that Belly! Time to start up and keep up...or JUST SHUT UP and Be Unhealthy. In two months I will turn 50.
Anybody else out there feel the same way?
This girl is my inspiration. She is just reporting all kinds of success with her plans and goals to lose weight. RAH!!!

I've read so many things about losing
weight. I've come to these conclusions:
Eat smaller portions
Eat healthy foods
Drink 8-10 glasses water daily
Get some form of exercise for 30 min. a day
This seems to work best.
You can do it!
Love,
Sandy
Good luck with the losing weight thing. My daughter is working on losing weight from having a baby 3 months ago. Lots of fruit, water and walking and she is steadily losing:o)
Good luck and thanks for visiting me over at Pittypat Paperie. Come again anytime Ü
So hard but it has to be done...me too but I don't have such a cute personal trainer! LOL
Oh, Julie,
This post is inspiring to me too. Maybe it was timely that I stopped by just on the day you posted this. :) I like the images you posted... I never realized the pull those metal fillings had on me. Now I know :)
Oh, heavens... guess what the word verification word was... fatom... sigh
RAH!!!! Go get'em MOTO Marine Mom! Good luck!!!
Oh WOW, you certainly know how to get us all pumped! Lucky you to have your own persnal trainer, I love his saying about Do or Do Not There is no TRY! Love it! I'm there! ~Lili
Way to go!!! I have been trying to lose a few pounds myself, by making better food choices and eating smaller portions. It is working, slowly. What kind of exercise are you doing Julie?
I typed a comment on this and it never went:( I am trying to catch up on what my friends have been up to. I am with you on the exercising and eating better! We will help each other! Have a blessed day my friend! BIG HUGS!
Oh Julie!!! this is really a very good post. I have been trying to burn that belly. First to help My Boricua, to try to motivate him and get him to move. We had been walking for a few weeks, but then a heat wave came and we stopped. I'm trying now to do it not only for him, but for me too. I want to be a healthy Mama, a good example for my Girls. All this stress with the claims at the VA has take a toll on me. So, count me in. We Can Do It!! ;P
Still praying for your Justin and that precious call. Here I am in deep prayer, praying for the last step on My Boricua's VA claim. He is not able to work, so we are requesting retirement due to his medical conditions. It was hard to accept the fact he is not able to keep a job, and harder to request that benefit.
Blessings and hugs...

I'm going to try and start bike-riding in the evenings when its cool. I've finally come to the conclusion that I'm not a runner... I hate it, and I don't want to destroy my already untrustworthy knees, LOL. I just need to get a bike... would you watch Craigslist for me??
