WOW! Top to bottom this post touched my heart! You are right about the name "Justin" and it's meaning. You have a really handsome Son and I know you are proud of him. Julie, I have not seen that commercial and I watched every scene. It was wonderful. Hugs to you and prayers for your sweet, handsome Son!
Julie, I agree with You 100%. I pray for our troops everyday, and for our veterans. I am married to a combat disable veteran, I know first hand military life, and They DO need our prayers.
I have been married for over 30 years. Through God's plan and grace, my husband and myself are slowly but surely being changed and shaped into the man and woman He wants us to be. We have been plucked up out of the Southern state of North Carolina and transplanted into the Midwestern state of Iowa. God has plans and He works to make sure they happen all for our best. We have 4 precious children. Katie, Justin, Jonny, and Kameron. They are of great value, more than gold and precious jewels to Kurt and myself. They are our most valuable asset on this earth. We love the Lord God, and live to continually try to give Him honor and glory in our words and actions. His grace is sufficient, and the supremacy of Jesus Christ is our strength and confidence. Where we are weak, HE is strong.

"She does him good and not evil all the days of her life" Prov. 31:12 The greatest gift you can give your husband is the gift of lifting his name and his needs before the throne of God. Prayer for your husband releases the energies of God, for prayer is asking God to do what you cannot do." Elizabeth George
"...admonish the young women to love their...children" Titus 2:4 "The world is tugging at our children's hearts, pulling them down and away from God. Loving our children means we are willing to get down in the trenches and fight to turn our children's hearts toward God -toward His Word and His ways." Elizabeth George

You have the right to be a proud mom! My son is in the Army reserves. We need good, strong, men to defend our country.
