All That I Am...

Joining Charlotte and Ginger here for their weekly post of giving praise to the Lord.

http://bloggerspirit.blogspot.com/

"Praise the Lord, everything he has created,
everything in all his kingdom.

Let all that I am praise the Lord." (Psalm 103:22)

Today I choose to pursue a lifetime of days that praise God. May all that "I am" give praise and honor to HIM.

What am I?

A being created by the Hand of God. Because I know HE created me in His image, may I remember that I am a soul with a body wrapped around it. May my daily priorities reflect that knowledge.

A follower of Christ.
~~May the words coming out of my mouth and the attitudes that pass through my heart, my spirit...honor the teachings and example of my Savior alone.

A wife. ~~ May this starring role I chose to take on when I said I DO to Kurt be honoring and respectful to him. He chose me to be the one he would spend his life with. May my love and actions toward him never cause him regrets for his choice. May I be the life partner God designed me to be...rather than what I define it to be.

A Mother~~ May this special role- the gift of bearing and rearing children, be one that I cherish. May my weak and poor efforts at times be buried. May my strong and best efforts in moments be fruitful. May God bless and strengthen my children in all the ways I can not. For after all, they are His.

A Daughter, A Sister, a Neighbor, and so much more... In all that I Am
I will remember who I live for. Who I answer to. Whose side I fight for. Why I am even here on this earth. I am an ambassador for Heaven. It is my home country. NOT this earth. I will praise the One Who Loves me with an everlasting love. I am a woman of spiritual warfare. I take my place to stand and defend all that is good for my Lord in all the roles that "I am" in my journey here.... amen.

Praise the LORD.

It is good to stop and reflect on who we are in Christ. He has had a plan for our life all along. It is so good to walk with Him.
Have a blessed Spiritual Sunday!

Oh, what a lovely blog post... to boldly state who you are in Christ is crucial. To me, you are my friend in Christ and I'm blessed each and every time I visit you here.

May God truly and richly bless you, my sweet friend!
