Psalm 93

"The LORD reigns, he is robed in majesty;
the LORD is robed in majesty
and is armed with strength.

The world is firmly established;
it cannot be moved.

Your throne was established long ago;
you are from all eternity.

The seas have lifted up, O LORD,
the seas have lifted up their voice;
the seas have lifted up their pounding waves.

Mightier than the thunder of the great waters,
mightier than the breakers of the sea—
the LORD on high is mighty.

Your statutes stand firm;
holiness adorns your house
for endless days, O LORD."
AMEN!

This scripture is encouraging and exciting. It gives great confidence. May all of our fighting men and women know this TRUTH.

GOD REIGNS STILL!

HIS STATUES AND PROMISES STAND FIRM!
HE IS ARMED WITH STRENGTH!

And most of all, HE is with them.

They are never... ever... alone. Amen.

Today, this is my solid prayer of faith for these honorable ones.

Amen!!! Blessings Julie...Beautifully illustrated this short Psalm and so timely. I usually prayer Psalm 91 for those in military service and harms way for God's Protection but this is great to remind all of us "we are not alone".

Thank you for such heartfelt and beautiful encouragement that you left me at my place with the little prayer and hug...how sweet! Thanks!

Thank you for reminding me to pray for our fighting men and women always. I have an adopted son in the Marines (but stateside...done with his duty for some time now).

That is such a powerful verse, isn't it!!! Your entire post was such a great reminded of what a mighty God we have. I have love looking at your blog and all the fun things you have on your sidebar. I have a 4 year old yorkie, so I was smiling when I saw your dogs! Seeing Justin made me so proud of those that serve, I can only imagine what you feel! How wonderful.

That passage thrills my heart. Lionel Peterson sang a song "The Lord on High is Mighty" in a video called "Rejoice Africa" based on this passage back in the early 1990's. Thank you for sharing this.
